OP corporate bank aims to strengthen its role as a responsible institution with a debut Green bond, expected this month, which will help Finland catch up with its Nordic neighbours. The region has been prominent in the rapidly growing cross-sector Green market, with S&P expecting US$10bn-equivalent of Nordic issuance this year. Finland has been under-represented, however, making up just 4% of all-time Nordic issuance as of July 2018, according to Climate Bonds Initiative figures.
