Three longtime North Carolina fiber manufacturing equipment providers have joined forces to form a manufacturing alliance to offer machinery, equipment and know-how to fiber and yam producers worldwide. The concept of the yet-unnamed alliance was developed by John Crook, president and owner of PASCO Inc. of Asheville, a manufacturer of godet assemblies and separator rolls. Other founding members of the alliance are DM&E Corp. of Shelby, a maker of tow cutters and crimpers; and J J Jenkins Inc. of Stallings, a designer and maker of fiber extrusion equipment.
