Schwing Technologies will present at INDEX 20 (booth #4339), showing its range of solutions for removing polymer from large, contaminated components for nonwovens production. It will feature Schwing's ultrasonic process and its Vacuclean vacuum pyrolysis cleaning systems, featuring thermal cleaning of components, high-pressure washing and ultrasonic cleaning, followed by a drying phase and final inspection. The systems remove PET, PP, PE and other polymers and are suitable for large dies and spin packs. Schwing's double-sided, alternating ultrasonic units eliminate the need for components up to six meters long to be flipped.
