TOC Calibration for Monitoring Condensate and Boiler Feed Water

The calibration and validation of the TOC analysis calibration function in measuring ranges of 0-2,000 μg/l and lower is always a difficult task for the operator. The preparation of the calibration solution takes a lot of time and requires precision.rnLAR AG (Germany) offers a newly developed and patent pending "gas calibration" method to simplify this step. Thanks to the calibration gas the QuickTOCcondensate enables and checks the calibration even in the lowest measuring ranges at any time, without spending the usual amount of work and without the usual contamination risk from a calibration solution. Afterwards the calibration can also be verified through the calibration gas.
