Reagent-less Chlorine Monitoring

The Model FCL free chlorine system from Emerson Process Management measures free chlorine in fresh water. The Model FCL doesn't use expensive sample conditioning systems or messy reagents to control pH. Instead, the analyser automatically compensates for changes in the pH of the sample using a membrane-covered amperometric sensor. The FCL is suitable for compliance monitoring when calibrated against a grab sample that has been analyzed using a laboratory test acceptable to EPA. Refer to EPA Method 334.0 for more details.
