Sweden-UNEP Deal Will Provide Information To Help Developing Nations Phase Out HCFCs

Sweden's Environmental Protection Agency reached an agreement with the United Nations Environment Program to help developing nations phase out the use of hydrochlorofluo-rocarbons (HCFCs), UNEP announced Nov. 19.
