A federal judge in Colorado has ordered a Denver-area electronics recycling corporation to pay a $4.5 million fine and sentenced its chief executive to serve 30 months in prison for their roles in a fraudulent scheme involving the ex- port of hazardous electronic waste to China and other foreign countries (United States v.
