Commerce Makes Final Determination That China Is Dumping Wind Towers in U.S.

In final rulings, the Commerce Department's International Trade Administration announced Dec. 18 that China has dumped utility-scale wind towers in the U.S. market at margins ranging from 44.99 percent to 70.63 percent and provided countervailable subsidies to exporters/ producers of the subject goods ranging from 21.86 percent to 34.81 percent.The department also found in a final ruling that Vietnam has dumped utility-scale wind towers in the U.S. market at margins ranging from 51.50 percent to 58.49 percent.
