摘要

U.S. ethanol exports that are blended in Norway and then shipped on to the European Union will face the same EU antidumping duties imposed in 2013 against the U.S.-produced fuel product, the European Commission confirmed. In response to complaints by European ethanol producers that U.S. exporters were circumventing EU antidumping duties by shipping their product first to Norway, where it is blended with gasoline before entering the EU, the European Commission June 4 said the rules of origin on the targeted exports were the same.
