British Columbia Supports Maintaining Columbia River Treaty, Seeks Improvements

The British Columbia government has made a final decision to continue its participation in the Columbia River Treaty with the United States, but also to seek improvements through the treaty's existing framework, provincial Energy and Mines Minister Bill Bennett said March 13.
