THE METHOD OF CALCULATING THE AMOUNT OF DAMAGES INFLICTED TO WATER BODIES AS A CONSEQUENCE OF BREACHING RUSSIAN WATER LEGISLATION

The Order describes specific mathematical formulas for calculating harm inflicted in breach of the water legislation in Russia. The formulas seem to focus on actual inflicted harm only, and not on expected damages. This article gave a couple of examples of how some of these many formulas apply and situations giving rise to different formulas.
