NEW DRAFT OF THE RENEWABLE ENERGY SOURCES ACT IN POLAND

摘要

The inter-governmental agreements entered into on March 22,2013 between Russia and China are examples of the strengthening of energy relations between Russia and China, and the increased crude oil supply to China. The agreements also show a preferential tax treatment of the companies, which indicates the political priority to supply crude oil to China.
