Central banks should stick to traditional monetary policy

Centra] banks do not have to look for new policy tools. Instead, they should stick to traditional monetary policies which have proved to be efficient, powerful, and do not have any side effects. If the economy is weak, central banks should simply lower interest rates, and if the economy is overheated, they should, again, simply raise interest rates.
