In the textile processing industry, there are many issues that can arise and one of the most common is staining. The issue can lead to a significant amount of fabric waste, culminating in a substantial loss of inventory. We used the revere technique to prevent this problem. First, we learned of various stains in the fabric inspection department and collected detailed information. Based on that information we discovered the source of the stain and studied how to both correct and prevent a stain from occurring.
