High power scrapers

Caterpillar has launched three new wheeled tractor scrapers for the European, African and Middle Eastern markets. Production of the 621H, 623H and 627H machines began in August and each model will be available with the option of Interim Tier 4/ Stage IIIB-compliant engines. The 621H and 623H are single-engine machines, while the open-bowl 627H has twin engines - one on the tractor and one on the scraper - and all wheel drive. The 627H is powered by a 304 kW Cat C13 engine in the tractor, which provides +18% more power compared to the G Series, and a 216 kW C9.3 engine on the scraper, which is a +19% power increase on the last model.
