Feldschloesschen brewery sold

Carlsberg has sold its Feldschlosschen brewery in Germany. Carlsberg said that it has sold the Dresden-based brewery to Frankfurter Brauhaus for an undisclosed fee. The deal was completed on 1 January and all of the brewery's 172 employees have transferred to the new owner. The move means that Carlsberg has cut its number of breweries in Germany from four to two in the last 18 months.
