Constellation Brands has acquired Tequila brand, Casa Noble. The deal, includes the Casa Noble trademark and inventories. The brand's portfolio includes Casa Noble Crystal, Reposado and Anejo. Rob Sands, Constellation's president & CEO, said: "I'm excited to integrate Casa Noble Tequila into our existing portfolio, it is a natural fit." Jose Hermosillo, a co-founder of the brand, will join Constellation and has been charged with "overseeing the brand's operations and remaining the brand's most senior ambassador".
