Design IP: 'the government hasn't listened hard enough'

During 2013, the UK IP Bill 2013-2014 was one of the most hotly discussed legislations under UK law to be debated in the Houses of Parliament. Amendments to the Bill kept coming, especially to copyright infringement provisions, so at the time of writing, it had returned to the House of Lords for the Commons to consider changes, and is awaiting Royal Assent.
