The ratio R=/spl gamma//sub 4He/(2/sup 3/S/sub 1/)//spl gamma//sub 3He/(1/sup 1/S/sub 0/) has been measured using gaseous samples in low magnetic field. The result, R=864.02276/spl plusmn/3/spl times/10/sup -8/, leads to a value of /spl gamma//sub 4He/=1760.78798(3/spl times/10/sup -7/)/spl times/10/sup 8//spl times/rad/spl times/s/sup -1//spl times/T/sup -1/.
