Nomura Real Estate Asset Management: Pioneer of the Multiple J-REIT Strategy

Nomura Real Estate Asset Management Co., Ltd. (NREAM) became the first Japanese asset manager to manage multiple listed J-REITs with the listing of the Nomura Real Estate Residential Fund (NRF, 3240) in February 2007. Established by the Nomura Real Estate Group in 2003, NREAM manages Nomura Real Estate Office Fund (NOF, 8959), an office J-REIT, and NRF, a residential J-REIT. We recently interviewed NREAM President & CEO Tatsuo Inoue about the firm's strategy and strengths.
