In a letter to the bipartisan leadership of the committees, BSA | The Software Alliance argues that "supply chains are intrinsically interconnected, linking governments, businesses, and citizens across global boundaries. As a result, effective approaches to supply chain security must balance the priority of averting adversarial threats to supply chains and the imperative of sustaining global commerce and consumer trust."
