It aligns Chief of Naval Operations Adm. Michael Gilday's Navigation Plan, Marine Corps Commandant Gen. David Berger's Force Design 2030 and the tri-service maritime strategy with Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin's overall direction. "This document will inform all future strategic and budgetary initiatives, and will focus and guide all activities within our Department, including prioritization of personnel and resources," Del Toro wrote.
