Tallgrass, AGL Resources join forces to develop gas pipeline to feed Chicago market

Tallgrass Development, half-owner of the Rockies Express Pipeline, and AGL Resources, parent of Nicor Gas, are teaming up for a new pipeline project to deliver up to 1.5 Bcf/d of gas between Central Illinois and the Chicago Market Center.
