Most major interstate natural gas pipeline companies studied in arecent analysis earned revenues that exceed a 12% return on equity,according to the Natural Gas Supply Association, which calculated anet over-collection of $4.4 billion during a five-year period.The analysis found the average ROE rose to to 15.8% in 2018, markingthe fifth straight year of incremental increases, from 13.7% in 2017.
