Increase in data has given rise to various new concepts and technologies to handle and analyze data. Most of these data are private data, usually not available to everyone. Various attempts to remove restrictions on using published data gave rise to the concept of 'open data.' Open data are data that are available to anyone for re-use or re-publishing without any restrictions. These open data-stored in different locations-can collectively contain and deliver immensely important insights. Till date, various technologies developed to link these open data have been slow or complicated. They generally required innumerable hours of manual data handling or programming techniques. The need for a highly efficient new technology to link the open data was realized.
