Impurity Composition of New Samples in the Exhibition-Collection of Extrapure Substances

Data are presented on the purity of samples of simple substances, including isotopically pure substances, supplied to the Exhibition-Collection of Extrapure Substances in 2004-2006. The impurity composition is a fundamental characteristic of high-purity substances, which requires complete and reliable determination of the concentrations of particular impurities. The Exhibition-Collection of Extrapure Substances (ECES) is intended to provide a real picture of the purity of substances achieved to date and trends in its variation over time.
