摘要

The microstructure and the structural-phase state of the surface layer of steels plated with fast-quenched STEMET solder alloys are investigated in the initial state and after treatment by pulsed plasma flows. The key regularities of the effect of the deposition method and the composition of fast-quenched tape-type STEMET alloys on the structural-phase state of clad steels are determined. It is shown that the topography smoothing of the profile and formation of surface layers with two-dimensional columnar ordered nano-structures with the characteristics sizes of 50- 150 nm take place under certain regimes of pulses plasma treatment of clad steels.
