摘要

The thermophysical parameters of a Cd_(0.2)Hg_(0.8)Te single crystal are investigated in the temperature range of 300-503 K. The investigated structure is shown to be stable upon heating to a temperature of 503 K. The decay of the Cd_(0.2)Hg_(0.8)Te phase composition under laser irradiation is established.
