DSM announces that PreventASe~(TM) can now be applied for acrylamide mitigation in all EU member states

DSM is proud to announce that on the eve of the leading Food Ingredients Europe show in London, DSM has received the approval of the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration for the use of PreventASe~(TM) in several food categories. This acceptance follows a thorough safety examination of PreventASe~(TM) by the Danish Administration and follows on from the approval by the French authorities earlier this year. As a result PreventASe~(TM) can now be used for acrylamide mitigation within alt member states of the EU without further approvals. In the United States the US Food and Drug Administration issued earlier this year a letter of non-objection to the GRAS status of PreventASe~(TM) for its use in food.
