Suedback 2017: 'This is where the whole industry meets'

In spite of its "respectable age", there are no signs of fatigue at Sudback in Stuttgart, as State Secretary Friedlinde Gurr-Hirsch joked in her opening speech - and she was right: The 27th edition of the biggest trade fair for the bakery and confectionery trades in Germany has again finished with good results. From 23 to 26 September, 700 exhibitors presented interesting product novelties, innovative concepts and clever solutions revolving around the theme of baking to around 37,000 visitors on a total surface area of 55,000 square metres. In the industry, the trade fair has long been considered a must-attend event, and visitors come regularly and enthusiastically.
