Fuchs group acquires UK's Bart Ingredients

Fuchs Croup, Germany's largest spice producer, has acquired 100% of the shares of Bart Ingredients, the second largest branded herbs and spices company in the United Kingdom, from the private equity firm Langholm Capital LLP, for an undisclosed sum. Under Langholm ownership the business has been transformed significantly with an award winning brand position, bespoke customer relationships together with enhanced and leading processes.
