Lipogen's natural formula clinically shown to reduce PMS symptoms

Anew clinical study has confirmed the positive effects of Lipogen PMS™, a natural phospholipid formulation, in treating and relieving premenstrual syndrome (PMS) symptoms. PMS defines physical and/or emotional symptoms that occur one to two weeks before a woman's period. A randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical study was directed by Juliane Hellhammer, PhD, the CEO of daacro GmbH & Co. KG, a contract research organization (CRO) in Trier, Germany. The research, published in Clinical Nutrition ESPEN in February 2018, evaluated 40 women aged 18-45 who were diagnosed with PMS by their physicians.
