Strength to Strength Singapore Universities Moving Up in World Rankings

Singapore's two oldest universities edged up considerably in the latest 2013-2014 Times Higher Education (THE) World University Rankings released on 2 October 2013. National University of Singapore (NUS), the country's oldest university, edged up another three spots to 26th last year. The Nanyang Technological University (ISITU) also made huge strides in its ranking - moving up 10 places to 76th last year. This is NTU's third straight year of progressing up the rankings. Since 2010, NTU has moved up 98 positions.
