摘要

Rather than being passive observers and analysts of innovations inrnorganizing, I argue that we can advance organizational science byrnprototyping and piloting new forms of organizing. While this mayrnbe a radical departure from our conventional ways of studyingrnorganizations, I believe that the return is worth the risk, particulary in arnnormatively oriented field like organizaion design. Equally important,rnrecent conceptual and methodological advances actually make thisrnpossible.
