Google Launches Google Instant

Google just released Google Instant, an enhancement to the standard Google search engine that displays full, predictive search results as the user types the query; there's no need to click the "Search" button. In a public announcement, Google reported that Instant can save 2-5 seconds per search; the average Google search, unaided by Instant, takes about 9 seconds. The predictive feature of Instant accounts for this time savings because it will usually circumvent the need for users to type in all of their search terms. The time required to refine search terms has also been reduced.
