I have been reading your columns for years and have always admired your intellect and delivery. I've never contacted you before, but this column ["Will Libraries Vanish?" February 2012 IT] really resonates with the concerns of librarians today. I attended a meeting of a library consortium [in early March], and this was a major part of our discussion.
