Paul Peters, chief strategy officer for the Hindawi Publishing Corp., recently accepted the position of president of the Open Access Scholarly Publishers Association (OASPA). He will be replacing Caroline Sutton, who will continue as head of OASPA's Policy Committee and as an OASPA board member. Sutton had served as the OASPA board president since 2008 when the organization was first launched. Peters, who was one of the original OASPA founders, has been chair of OASPA's annual conference since 2009.
