Leadership During a PANDEMIC

Over the past 4-5 months, the world has been faced with a challenge like no other... COVID-19. During this time, I have had the opportunity to speak with, commiserate with and strategize with many CEOs and business leaders, from small businesses to large multi-billion dollar companies. The one thing that we all agree on is that this pandemic is like nothing any of us have ever experienced before, and that every leader has his or her own style in dealing with the actions necessary to survive.
