SEMS Says... A changing of the guard with new leaders on board

Hopefully, you are reading this message after having a great experience at the USE Annual Conference & Expo 2019.1 want to thank the Engineering Management Track chairs for their hard work. Niranjan Kulkarni, Fernando Gonzalez Aleu and Lizette Perez Lespier have done an amazing job in organizing the track this year. In fact, this team organized the 2018 track as well. Their service to SEMS is to be truly commended. Also, I want to thank Sreekanth Ramakrishnan for his service on the SEMS Executive Board as he rolls out of the past-president role. Three members of our board of directors are also rolling off: Ona Egbue, Patrick Hester and Pilar Pazos-Lago. Ona has been working very hard to drive SEMS membership; Patrick has helped set SEMS on the path to an improved website and more value-added content for our members; and Pilar has done an outstanding job organizing and managing our best paper awards.
