WAGNER'S AIR SAMPLING SMOKE DETECTION SYSTEM TITANUS MAKES A BIG SPLASH IN MOSCOW

Wagner Russia presented the company's fire protection solutions at the international exhibition MIPS (Protection, Security and Fire Safety) in Moscow in April: Titanus fire detection, OxyReduct active fire prevention and the fire extinguishing system FirExting. According to General Director of Wagner RU Vladimir Afanasyev, Wagner's highly sensitive air sampling smoke detection system - Titanus -attracted the biggest interest on the stand. This solution, protected by patents not only in Europe but also in Russia, provides reliable detection of fire in its early phase. It works by actively taking air samples from the ambient air. Titanus is up to 2,000 times more sensitive than point detectors as it detects the smallest smoke particles while still in the phase of pyrolysis.
