I'm working on a government bid, but can only find one of the three fabrics I've been given spec numbers for. I can get CCC-C-419 from my usual suppliers, but no one's heard of DOD-STD-00100D (AR) or ANSI Y14.5M-1982. Are those for fabric treatments to be used on the CCC-C-419 fabric?It's not surprising that your fabric suppliers have heard of one, but not the other two. CCC-C-419 is a specification for unbleached cotton duck, but the other specs you gave are not for fabric at all. Actually, they are specifications for engineered drawing practices. DOD-STD-00100D (AR) was the military standard, issued by the Department of Defense. However, it was canceled in the 1990s.
