Palm Beach Mask donates 100,000 disposable facemasks

Palm Beach Mask, a Riviera Beach, Fla.-based manufacturer of personal protective equipment (PPE), donated 100,000 disposable facemasks to government offices, medical organizations, first responders and nonprofit groups across Palm Beach County and the Treasure Coast during the holiday season. The company was created as a spin-off of Canvas Designers, a Riviera Beach custom marine canvas shop, to combat the dangers of the COVID-19 pandemic. Founded by Mike and Pam Erickson along with their sons John and Robert, Palm Beach Mask produces, distributes, markets and sells consumer-grade and medical-grade facemasks. "We, as a family, decided to pivot some of our resources and know-how to start this venture in the hopes of helping everyone in our community get through this pandemic," says Mike Erickson. "We have to work together to end the pandemic, and only then will we be able to return to a normal life."
