Concierge health co-founder set as HSPI speaker

The first keynote speaker is in place for the Healthcare Systems Process Improvement Conference, sponsored by the Society for Health Systems and scheduled for Jan. 19-21,2022, at the Rosen Centre Hotel in Orlando, Florida. Tandice Urban is co-founder of The Lanby, a members club reimagining primary care. Her background in hospitality and health law, as well as her own patient narrative, led to the idea of how to improve the patient experience for the next generation. The Lanby is described on its website, thelanby.com, as a hospitality-forward primary care members club reimagining concierge medicine for the modern generation. Its initial location is planned for New York City.
