Honda makes presence known in Ergo Cup

In March, more than 700 ergonomics specialists from fields such as manufacturing, health care, and safety gathered at the Rosen Plaza Hotel in Orlando, Fla., for the 11th annual Applied Ergonomics Conference and Expo. The conference gave attendees the opportunity to learn about and explore ergonomic applications that can help improve a company's or organizations overall performance, productivity, and bottom line. They also had the chance to attend workshops on areas including ergonomics basics, product design, and preparation for the Certified Professional Ergonomist Exam. Attendees learned from some of the worlds longtime ergo experts, including keynote speakers John Sprouls, executive vice president for Universal Parks and Resorts and CEO of Universal City Development Partners, and Susan Pryor, medical history specialist with Pasteur & Gait Apothecary.
