The ergonomics question

When President Bush signed the repeal of an OSHA standard on ergonomics and repetitive stress injuries, he effectively voided rules that opponents say would have cost industry billions of dollars. The National Assn. of Wholesaler-Distributors applauded the decision, saying that not only were the regulations prohibitively expensive, they were vague, oppressive and not based on clear medical conclusions.
