Powerlifting Competition for Men & Women

It was indeed a moment of pride for Western Railway as both Men and Women won the Indian Railways Powerlifting competition. The 15th Men & 9th Women All India Railway Powerlifting Championships 2018-19, was organized by Western Railway Sports Association (WRSA) at Mumbai recently. In all 138 Men and Women Powerlifters from 15 Zonal Railways/Public Sectors took part in the championship. Shri A.K. Gupta, General Manager of Western Railway congratulated the teams and gave away the prizes. The prize distribution function was also attended by Shri Lai, President WRSA and Shri Sandeep Rajvanshy, General Secretary WRSA & CRSE (Coaching).
