摘要

The objective of this work is the study of adsorption of dye solution using fuller's earth. Removal of these dyes from aqueous solution using fuller's earth has been investigated. Adsorption capacity of fuller's earth is determined and the optimum conditions for dye removal are studied, like pH value, contact time required, dose of the adsorbent and initial concentration. Dyes are present in various industrial effluents, like textile industries, sewage water and water treatment plants. This work can be used in the design of adsorption setup for removal of dyes.
