The campaign 'Make in India' is sure to boost infrastructure development! If not 'Safe in India', at-least we engineers need to focus our attention on 'Safe at Site'! The concept of safety in construction still needs to go a long way. From the fundamental behavior / mind-set issues to compliance, the need to create a safe construction environment is of paramount importance and responsibility of the owner and also the project team. This they owe it to the workmen at site.
