On 3rd December 2015, India's Prime Minister visits Chennai to assess the damage due to floods; same day, members from Central team visit Orissa's drought affected districts. Such a paradox! At the same time, 195 countries meet in Paris for the UN Climate Conference (to retard such climatic variations) and set forth a path to keep temperature rise well below 2 Degrees Celsius. Incidentally UN designated 3rd December as 'Buildings Day' at COP21 (21st Conference of Parties)!
