Dear Mr Ashish Patil, From your Editorial (February 2016), I find that this issue is containing very interesting papers. You have noted that a paper has the following contents "Spray-on curing compounds are being widely used in construction, where traditional methods of curing are not practical. Four main types of curing compounds based on water, resin, wax and acrylic were selected and their efficiency in terms of compressive strength was studied. The authors note that IS 456:2000 recommendation on the use of curing compounds as an alternative to moist curing assuming 100% efficiency is quite liberal, and that it would be safe to consider a curing efficiency of 70% for structural elements coated with curing compounds."
